Payment Plan Online Application

What You Need to Know

  1. When you request a payment plan you understand that you must adhere to the terms of payments as they are published by Great Brook Academy.  (CLICK HERE TO SEE TERMS OF PAYMENTS)
  2. Payment plans will be approved and divided into 3 equal payments based on the total amount of the course tuition that you are enrolling in.
  3. The first payment is due before you may enroll in the program.  Once the payment has been received, you will be allowed to enroll in the program or course.
  4. The second payment will be due 2 weeks from the start date of the program or course that you have enrolled in.  The third payment will be made 2 weeks after that.  All payment plans must be paid in full before the end of the program or course.
  5. No certificate of completion documentation or official course completion will be issued to students until payment plans have been paid in full.  Students will be immediately un-enrolled from the program of instruction upon failing to make a payment on a designated date or for failure of payments or checks to clear.  
  6. Returned or declined payments will have an additional $35.00 charge added to the payment plan.

Payment Plans Can Make Education Possible

Once your request has been submitted, we will get back to you within 48 hours.  Our administrative team will review and approve your completed application.  An invoice will be sent to you,  When you can’t afford to pay tuition all at once, it should not stop you from obtaining the certification you deserve.
